Felicia Owusu Fofie Felicia Owusu Fofie is currently studying for her PhD in Politics at Cardiff University in Wales. Her PhD shall focus on devolution and its impact on Local government's policy formulation and delivery. Fofie holds an MBA from the University of Glamorgan, an MA in International Public Relations from the University of Cardiff and a Degree in Journalism from the Institute of Journalism, Accra. Felicia Owusu Fofie is Member of the Chartered Management Institute - UK, the Chartered Institute of Public Relations - UK and is working towards her CIPD qualification.
